Michael CrottaPittsburgh Pirates 17th round of the 2006 Draft Date of Birth: September 25, 1984 Height: 6-7 Weight: 230 Bats/Throws: R/R I sat down with Michael the other night and asked him a few questions, and these are the thoughts that he wanted to share with CENTRAL VA. So where are you from? Martin County Florida At what age did you begin playing baseball? I started playing baseball at the age of 4 High school: Martin County High school What Position did you play in High school? Pitcher and Second base Favorite HS Memory: Getting the start against my high school rival and getting the win in 9 innings. Where did you go to College? Florida Atlantic University Favorite college Memory: Getting a triple play against Belmont University to get my 1st save freshman year. AWARDS: All State in HS and pitcher of the year in Hickory h So is there something special about number 39? No not really just a number that i have carried through out my pro ball. What do you believe is your greatest asset to the team? I am not a vocal player so I believe that my consist antsy on the field speaks for itself. So what is your favorite pro team: I would have to say the Florida Marlins, growing up in Florida. So what or who is your Favorite Player: Growing up my two favorite players were Nolan Ryan and Gregg Maddox. But now Brandon Webb is the player that I look up to. We both have the same pitching styles. What do you believe is you most dominant pitch: I believe that my curve ball is my number one pitch. And my last question, your thoughts on the Hill City: Small town with a close community. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

It was hard for me to read this. Can you fix it in a better format for us younger readers to read? Maybe change the fonts and stuff and make it so I can read it better. Thank you Mr. Webmaster.
